Appointments

For your convenience, we operate an appointment system allowing 15 minutes per patient. Occasionally an emergency will mean we may run late, although we always endeavour to keep time when possible. Should you need to spend more time with your doctor, such as for an insurance medical, minor surgical procedure, pap smear or if you have several problems, please ask the receptionist for a long consultation.

A number of same day appointments with each Doctor are available.  These can be booked by phoning our Receptionists after 8.00am each day.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we appreciate you notifying us, as we may have other patients waiting for an appointment.

Appointment Reminder

We use an SMS to mobile phone appointment reminder system. You will receive an SMS 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will allow you to confirm that you are still available for this appointment or cancel from your home. If cancelling it will also give you an option of rebooking. Your confirmation will come directly through to our appointment diary so your Doctor knows you will be at your scheduled appointment. Please ensure you update any changes to your mobile phone number with Reception.
